Since the very beginning, my career has centered around supporting families. The quote “It Takes a Village” is the driving force behind the services I provide. Before finding my deep passion for birth, I worked closely with families as a nanny, teacher, and provided attendant care for families with special needs.  After spending 10 years supporting families through the trial and tribulations of parenting and a personal battle with Endometriosis, my eyes opened to the incredible value of compassionate care for women. Once I became a Birth Doula, I knew I had found my true calling: to walk alongside parents through pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I firmly believe that birth is natural and beautiful, whether it’s medicated, vaginal or cesarean. The most important thing is that women feel heard, respected and nurtured during her baby’s birth.  My goal as a doula is that you walk away from your birth experience feeling unconditionally loved, in-control and confident - to transition into motherhood.  Experience includes VBAC, Homebirth, Cesarean, Induction, High-Risk Pregnancies.

On the weekends, I love an invigorating yoga class, exploring bookstores & farmer's markets.
