Saturday December 14th, 6-10pm , Sunday December 15th, 12-4pm: Market in the Alley: Join Motherhood Collective Las Vegas in this June's Market in the Alley event. Come and spend part of your Holiday Saturday evening with the Makers of Market in the Alley, and the Midwives (and doulas) of The Motherhood Collective Las Vegas. We will have some nifty items at our table for purchase, as well as information about what we do.
The Motherhood Collective Las Vegas Childbirth Education Classes & Workshops
In light of the COVID-19 crisis upon the nation, all classes, workshops, and the Collective Village will be cancelled until further notice.
Dr. Judith Gold has been part of the birth community here in Las Vegas for more than a decade. Having had homebirths herself, and having been a nurse in Europe she has a lot of experience & knowledge to share, with both first time parents and hose families who are welcoming another baby.
Dr. Gold specializes in preparing couple to birth at home and teaches coping tools & skills that enhance and assist with the out of hospital birthing experience
Homebirth Education Class
Starting In January 2020 Erica Delmore will be teaching a class specifically for those families choosing to birth at home. This class will cover with to expect at your homebirth and how to prepare for it. This is a one session class designed to prepare you for your homebirth. We will touch on what a transport to the hospital looks like, however the focus of the class will be on preparing for a homebirth. Classes will be held in the evening from 6pm-9pm at The Motherhood Collective.

Erica Delmore is a midwife and one of the owners/founders of The Motherhood Collective Las Vegas. She has been a birth professional in the valley for over a decade, initially starting out as a doula. Ms. Delmore has been a practing midwife if the Las Vegas Valley since 2015. Fro more information on Erica and her training click here
Thoughtful Childbirth
Prepare for a confident labor and birth through comprehensive childbirth education. We will explore what it means to make thoughtful decisions, the choices you have for your birth experience, how to evaluate goals and priorities, and tools to communicate these preferences. We will also explore anatomy, physiology, behaviors, and emotions of labor and birth in each stage, as well as comfort measures and techniques for easing discomfort. Additional topics include prenatal wellness, postpartum care, newborn care, and breastfeeding. Classes also include videos, hands on activities, and time for relaxation practice. Weekly assignments include practicing the exercises, relaxation, and comfort techniques, and optional reading and research. The more you put into the classes, the more you'll get out of them!
